My Story
Aaron Beachy is the founder of Big Deal by Aaron, a company dedicated to helping business owners transition their life’s work into the next generation with integrity and care. With over two decades of hands-on experience across the telecommunications, construction, and service industries, Aaron brings both operational expertise and a passion for preserving legacies.
Before launching Big Deal by Aaron, Aaron honed his skills in sales and built his career in the telecommunications field, working with industry leaders such as Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Frontier, Lumen Technologies, and US Signal. He led Team Elite, a group of 20 technicians recognized as the top-performing team in the Indianapolis market—ranking #1 in safety, customer service, and quality. His leadership philosophy has always centered on integrity, character, and building up people to reach their highest potential.
An entrepreneur at heart, Aaron has successfully grown side ventures—including a profitable resale business and courier service —and is actively engaged in the Contrarian Thinking mergers & acquisitions program, sharpening his ability to identify, acquire, and operate cash-flowing businesses.
Aaron’s vision for Big Deal by Aaron is simple but powerful: to honor the legacy of hardworking business owners, protect their employees and customers, and continue building thriving companies that positively impact their communities for generations to come.
When he’s not pursuing new opportunities, Aaron enjoys traveling, cooking, being an active member of his church, and spending time with his son, Eli.
